Start with the positive s. My tyre was a great price and online booking was easy. Sadly it all goes downhill. On arrival at Dexel I was waiting at reception quite a while before someone came. I explained my car was booked in and was told to take a seat. They never asked what car I had or took the keys. After 15 minutes another customer came in and was attended to by another person and she was asked what car, name and keys. Went to the reception and asked if he wanted the keys, what's your name are you booked in!? Obviously I had been forgot about. I was told I had been doubled booked because I had booked online! There was disagreements between staff at reception, not good. Eventually an hour and ten minutes after the appointment time my one tyre was fitted. The driveway to the garage is full of deep potholes, I suppose this could be good for business. Not a great experience.

Shocking performance by this firm. Sat on the A1M hard shoulder for over 2 hours with no update….!They confirmed a job number when calling once we got the puncture then explained that they will contact us back with an update. Nothing after the 2 hours apart from an agent I assume explaining they will contact us shortly. So we called Dexel back asking for an update as we are now 2.5hrs stuck. They then apologised and explained that they are struggling to find and agent to complete the job including finding a tyre. The point to this would be ‘ keep the valued customer undated at every stage. Don’t over promise something you can’t deliver. Be mindful we are sat on a very busy motorway waiting for updates. Businesses like this claim to be the very best, super quick turnaround, 24hr service, but actually couldn’t handle a simple job. I Wouldn't recommend to anyone, I would consider reviewing what a business advertises and actually can achieve. I would look at the staff training element and how communication with the customer is key.

Guy on the counter in lincoln is excellent taken both my car and my daughters and they have given better prices than any other garage in the area so now my car my daughters and my partners will always be taken to Dexel no matter what their customer service is beyond amazing

Very impressed with the helpfulness and the professionalism of the staff at the Lincoln central Dexel branch and the cost for service and mot was reasonable. Very pleased with them.

Absolutely brilliant service. Genuine, friendly and completely honest from start to finish. I moved here in 2022 and won't take my car anywhere else. It’s refreshing to find a place that doesn’t try to take advantage or push unnecessary work. They explain everything clearly, only do what actually needs doing, and you can tell they take real pride in being trustworthy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now — highly recommended.

No problems at all with this company. The car was booked in, the MOT was done on time, the mechanics were friendly, the waiting room was comfortable and clean with free tea or coffee and more importantly - the car passed it's test with only a small fault found which was rectified by the mechanic. "Nowt to complain about", from a Yorkshire man.

Been using Dexel a few years, I feel confident taking my car to them for service and MOT. I have never have a felt overcharged or told exaggerated claims of repairs, and my car is running smooth and quiet after a lot of work on the rear brakes, something that has plagued my car for many many months finally feels and sounds perfect.

I managed to get booked in at short notice. MOT/Service completed and car was ready to collect at 1pm.

I had a fantastic experience at Dexel Tyre & Auto Centre Worksop today. I ordered a tyre and had it fitted, and at the same time they carried out a wheel alignment.

The whole process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. The team provided excellent customer service — friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain my options and gave honest recommendations without any pressure.

The wheel alignment fixed the issue I was having, and the car now drives perfectly. Everything was completed efficiently and to a very high standard.

I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable tyre and auto services.

I had a nail in my tyre today and I called at the frechville branch who was so rude and just simply did not want to help me. I then contacted the staniforth road branch on the phone and spoke to a lovely gentleman call Matt who went above and beyond to help me, fixed the tyre and I was on my way. Very happy customer after a stressful day. Thankyou so much
