Recommended - Saves a huge amount of accounting time

We have been using DEXT for a few years and find it saves an enourmous amount of time processing invoices and statements.
When we changed the email address we did have an issue which was quickly resolved. Alhtough automatic instructions are given I prefer dealing with a human and Vince helped us through the reconnection with our bank.

Predatory, what customer service?

Predatory, unhelpful "customer service". As a professional bookkeeper, I signed up for a monthly subscription for Dext, knowing that I had to work hard at getting enough client subscriptions to justify the cost (don't let me get started on that one). It just became too expensive. I transferred my clients back to pay for their own subscriptions and tried to cancel mine. It took 3 tries, 3 months, and then I was told my annual ??? subscription didn't end until February so you have to keep paying? WTF? The customer service was between no help and snotty or aggressive. I have loved Dext for years, it works well, but the customer service is screwed. While it works you are good to go, reliable, stable, but when you need help, you are SCREWED. Will I ever go back to Dext? No freaking way.

Some features do not work correctly

Backups do not work correctly. Connecting to web portals such as Microsoft and AT&T does not work. I am certain that there are fixes for these issues but there is no support phone number or email to get assistance.
