Worst Management, they leave patient treatment in middle by asking more money, never ever go this clinic they dont have clear co ordination between doctors/clinic and sales team, Puthetic experience stay away from Dezy clinics !!!

EDIT: 11/03/26 - Definitely a serious scam operating at Dezy.

A few days after I posted the original review (below), the local dentist messaged me the Invisalign certification for someone who was not the "orthodontist" I spoke to and had no interaction with.

She then called me acting like nothing had happened, pretending like she never refused to treat me. She was clearly lying about our last conversation, so this time I stated clearly I'm not going to proceed.

10 days later, I received a call from someone claiming to be Head of Business at Dezy.

He kept trying to patronise me. "You have to understand that a few interactions don't represent the whole brand," he said at one point.

I asked him if it's ok that I record the call given my past experience. He initially said yes, then after a minute he abruptly cut the line, called me back, and said he does not want me to record our conversation, and that I should get on a Zoom call with him or go back to their clinic to meet someone.

Needless to say, I will be doing no such thing.

So here are the bullet points:

1. After the initial consultation, they refused to share the Invisalign certification or even the full name of the orthodontist I spoke to. The local dentist got offended when I asked for this, like it's some outrageous and unprofessional request. She made me search for a name on LinkedIn, and that person is NOT an Invisalign certified orthodontist.
2. After I posted my original review here, they shared the certification of someone I never interacted with or even met.
3. Then the local dentist called me and lied about what she said in our last call.
4. Then their senior leadership called me and was not willing to speak on a recorded call, making it very obvious that this is a major scam and ethics issue across the organisation.

At this point, it has become clear to me there is serious fraud and medical malpractice at Dezy.

These are not honest people.

Stay far away from them.

Went to the Dezy dental clinic near Balewadi High Street, Pune, to get a check-up for teeth aligners last week.

They recommended Invisalign.

After the scan and consultation, I spoke to the orthodontist who would be in charge over phone for 10 mins. Never met him, never saw him. They said he is in Bangalore.

Yesterday, when I asked them to share the name and Invisalign certification of the orthodontist for verification (which is a reasonable request), they couldn't even provide a full name. They asked me to look him up on LinkedIn based on the first name.

So I did, and then searched for him on the Invisalign website's "Find doctor" section. His name does not appear in the list.

"You spoke to the doctor, don't you trust him?" – this is what the local clinic dentist said today when I asked again.

She then became defensive and started saying, "I don't think I can treat a patient if there is lack of trust."

Very strange how they expect me to trust the doctor based on a single phone call, without ever having seen or met him.

Extremely suspicious behaviour.

If Dezy is indeed an Invisalign authorised provider, why would they hesitate to share the certification?

Why bring trust into this?

Am I supposed to hand over lakhs to you if you're not even ready to share your medical credentials?

Please be cautious when dealing with Dezy.

My daughter got treatment for one year for aligners. Later on she put on retainers. But they broke. We were asked to pay 4k which was paid. After too much communication they told to do scanning which wS done. Again after too much communication they told to send jaw photos which was sent. Now no reply. Even phone calls are not being attended. Very hopeless service.

First they said that you have to come for scan only once and after scanning me they took 38000 rupees payment and said that there will be no pain in the aligners and you will be comfortable and said that now go and come when your aligners come. But then again they called me for scan twice and gave me lingers after 2 months. But when they put the lingers then I came to know that they were lying, it is very painful to put them on and take them off. While removing them, the teeth used to hurt so much as if someone has pulled them from the joint with plyers. And even after removing them I was not able to eat food, it was very painful and when I told the doctor about the pain, the doctor said that you should take painkillers. Now how many painkillers did I take in 8 months of treatment. The pain was so much that for 2 days I neither ate anything nor could I do any work. Then I stopped the treatment. 11 alingers were used in my treatment. I initially got 6 alingers from Dezy, so I asked her to refund the amount of the remaining 5, but she refused. It was a very bad experience. She initially lied about the pain, then when the pain returned, she told me to take a painkiller and did not even refund the amount.

With the assistance of higher management, my case was efficiently handled by Mr. Shaik Ali, who provided me with a generous discount. I am grateful for his help.

Dr. Sudheer, the skilled implant surgeon, successfully performed my surgery. I extend my appreciation to Dr. Sudheer.

Dr. Chaitanya oversaw the completion of additional procedures, ensured my comfort, and thoroughly explained the process. His dedication is commendable. Thank you, sir.

Dr. Monica diligently guided me and provided updates throughout the procedures. I appreciate her support.

I eagerly anticipate the finalization of my dental work. I trust that it will be completed in a timely manner.

In conclusion, I received excellent care from the team at Dezy. My gratitude goes out to everyone involved.

I am 70 yrs. I had a very bad experience with #Dezy Dental Somjiguda and Bangalore as well. I spent
Rs1,40,000/- for 14 numbers of Zirconia crowns set, that were broke and fell within one month of fixing. Later they replaced with a better and supposed to be stronger Titanium crowns, that met the same fate with in 2 months. They assured 15 yrs of warranty. The crowns are not only high cost but also very poor in quality made by the "Illusion Lab" Mumbai. Now I have filed a consumer complaint.

Bad experience with dezy I spend 38000 .
My set quality is poor. 1 st set breaks own self now now they denied the further process of my treatment now rest 11 set of mu alieners are useless.

Disastrous Experience with Dezy's Tooth Alignment Treatment

I recently undertook tooth alignment treatment with Dezy, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare and regrettable decision.

My treatment began in March 2023. However, within a few months, I started experiencing discomfort and tooth shaking ,When the pain became unbearable, Dezy abruptly halted the treatment and said I had a bone loss in my tooth. My question is how come without conducting any necessary examinations, such as x-rays they can start the treatment .Now my condition is worse .I cannot bite any thing ,scared of losing my tooth after 3 months again I went to see their another doctor her answer was also the same that I should not go ahead with this treatment.

They made the matter worse by simply not picking up calls. This lack of communication and unresponsiveness is deeply concerning and unprofessional.

They left me in a state of frustration and financial loss. My teeth's condition has deteriorated significantly as a result of this ill-fated experience.

In light of this, I would strongly advise against considering Dezy for any dental procedures. Their lack of accountability and disregard for patient well-being is simply unacceptable. It's imperative to prioritize reputable and reliable dental providers for such crucial healthcare services.

That is pitiful.

Even when you are working with them or an ex-employee, they treat you poorly in both situations.

I've been out of this job for more than five months, yet I still haven't received my earned leaves amount, EPF contribution deducted from salary but not credited into my EPF account, incentive payments none of these are settled, including my form 16. There is literally no communication at all.

All my calls and emails went unanswered by the staff. No business would likely be so busy for five long months, I am certain.

Additionally, they had the gall to declare, "We won't pay you a penny, do what u want." This is extremely upsetting and stressful.

Never do they treat you kindly. Incompetent management.

50 emails till date since Feb 10th, HR executives, HR heads, and CEOs none bothered to respond. (Attached snaps)

Worst experience ever, they are smiles renamed as dezy.

It's the third time they are changing their brand name in last 15 months, they change the brand name as and when they get bad reviews.

Please do not fall for their trick, the brand name has changed but service is still pathetic.

Very worst experience. They have taken all the treatment cost in one go, but treatment is not yet started it's almost two month. No response update from company personnel. I want my money refund. I am thinking to go to consumer court. Very bad and painful experience. Kindly think before taking there services.

My name is Pawan Salian , my scanning was done by Dr. Ajit. He made all the promises like if you dont like our services we will refund your full money . Forget taking the service I just paid them 2000 to start the service . I found that it was not as promised hence I asked for refund . Past 3 months I am waiting for their false promises . Now that Girl Sonali dont even pick up my call . even if she does she will say it will be done .... what a fraudster company is this .. I will soon be putting this on consumer forum as well

Very worst customer service whenever I try to contact the staffs they are not responding properly and ignoring with irresponsible reasons my teeth haven't joined yet but completed 8 months to verify why I only i contacted u but never responded sincerely only for the EMI you guys are contacting us waste of 43k don't buy and trust these PPL they give irresponsible reasons whenever u are in need of help

This is such a scammy and shady company. Their so-called doctor came and told me that we will start the process in 14 days and she took the fee. She promised that it is completely 100% refundable. However, I've been asking from this company for further details but they don't give it and when asking about the refundable fee, they say there were certain terms and conditions. 10000% SCAMMERS and their customer service is made to scam people and threaten them!! I'm going to LinkedIn now. Preaching ethics after scamming people! These people should be in jail.

Dezy is one of the best dental clinic in India for all types of dental care treatments. 6 months back I got the Dezy Aligners treatment for my misaligned and the result I got is awesome.. Highly recommended.

Kudos to the Dezy orthodontists..!!!
