Do not buy from this company. I purchased two scones from them and one of them was a different color. They will not give me a refund and insists that I have to take a replacement. Everything is shipped direct from China. I have to file a dispute with my credit card company.

This is a drop ship company. The light fixture I ordered came directly from China. It arrived damaged and was poor quality. When I requested a return authorization, they told me the item would have to be shipped back to their warehouse in China. They offered a replacement light, a 20% refund, then a 30% refund, then anything from their catalog, but they refused to give me a return authorization per their published return policy. After weeks trying to work with them, I ended up filing a chargeback dispute with my credit card company. The company lied and said that I refused to return the product. I had to provide documentation of all correspondence and evidence of the damaged product and create a counter argument. It has been a huge hassle and waste of time - do not make the mistake I did. DO NOT ORDER from this company. It is a big scam!

Scam company. I placed an order for a wall sconce that they said would ship within a few days. I received a tracking number about 5 days later that said "US, shipment information received" but then there was no movement for over 2 weeks. They said they were trying to get in touch with the courier but it had never been picked up. I think the company is just drop shipping from AliExpress and passing it off as if they have their own products. When I asked them to cancel the order, they told me it was too late. I had to dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.
