Their representative Hedy was very friendly and helpful with very quick repomse time. Received my goods in good order and on time.

Open and honest communication in both mandarin and English. Updates were very prompt and they took photos of our products at the warehouse as well as informed us of the tracking numbers once it was out for delivery. The delivery was also on time.

As for now I've used DFH Logistics two times for delivery to Germany and to Latvia. They work pretty quick and attentive.
I usually get in touch with the agent Laura. She updates me with current quotes according to the product tape, size, weight and than estimates the total for a particular shipping method. Also updates me after shipping with an order movement and an estimated delivery time.
We have a great communication.
