Delivery was slow, the shoes were good quality but not the style I wanted. I asked about returning and they wanted 20€ to return from the UK!!! Returns to SHEIN a Chinese company are free 🤷🏼♀️

Sub human scum
Absolute sub human scum. Advertised a fake discount code, which didnt work when applied and then while trying to remove the code I accidentally clicked order. Contacted them 3 minutes after the order to cancel and the reply was some absolute garbage about an automated order system meaning they cannot cancel or even amend orders just 3 minutes after they are placed. Order arrived with an extortionate customs charge so I advised Royal Mail i didnt want the item and to return to sender. Still waiting for refund which given the number of reviews about this piece of crap company I surely will not receive. Money grabbing con artists who I really hope have loads of pending law suits against them.
