Great quality, and great fit.

The package was delayed from the beginning. But before I even managed to write to D.Franklin a got a mail assuring me that the package would be shipped in a few days.
When receiving the sunglasses I was taken away by how light and we'll fitted they were straight from the box. The quality is great.
All in all a great experience even wanting me to order a new set.

Return policy is expensive and hard

Return policy is expensive and troublesome, after the website didn’t allow me to log a return I emailed twice with no response. After trying daily I managed to get to the point of submitting the refund to find it was at a cost of £17. So a very expensive way to try something, just make sure you absolutely like it before ordering. It’s a shame because I ordered from DFranklin years ago and loved my glasses that I didn’t even look anywhere else when it come time to buy some new ones, but very disappointed with this process.

Returning policy

You guys have a huge issue with returning policy. First of all it's not okay to take 15€ to be able to return item. Second: I had to send you the package on my own expense, what costet me another 27 Euro. So overall only to try shoes that were too big for me I paid 42 euros. This is not okay!
I will never order anything form you anymore, despite I really liked the quality of the shoes I ordered.

Almost impossible return process

The products I ordered were too small, but returning them turned out to be almost impossible. D.Franklin provides no return label, no support, and no clear instructions. Customers in the EU are forced to pay for international shipping to Spain on their own, and the company takes no responsibility for lost or delayed parcels.
The return address is hidden deep in the portal, communication is minimal, and the whole process feels intentionally complicated. For a fashion brand, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering unless you are absolutely sure the items will fit, because returning anything is extremely difficult and expensive.

I got two pairs of sunglasses through a 1+1 offer - bought one for 70€ got a 50€-pair for free. I am very satisfied, the glasses are good value for money with very comfortable lenses and great design, though I must say the wonderful packaging alone - and consequent unboxing 😁 - would totally have been worth the money. Will buy again when there’s a special offer and have already recommended the brand to friends.

Over 40 days of back and forth.
Ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses and never received them, started complaining after 3 weeks and it took them almost another 3 weeks to finally give me MY money back.
No apologies or additional credits as a sign of bad customer service on their end.

Really bad first experience

Really bad first experience. I bought foot wear and they were big not as per UK size. I tried their return process but when I entered the order number and details, the website do not allow to next step. I emailed them and there was no response. And also referring to return process from uk it was mentioned there is charge of €20.

Please avoid this company and not easy for change of mind to return them. Now I cannot wear them and I lost the money.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I cancelled the product before it was prepared and sent, and even with that the company send this to me. Not only that, but also in order to return the package I had to pay again 5,99€. The package was sent back on April 26th and today May 10th I didn’t still receive the refund. I will never purchase again.

€20 discount not allowed and left me feeling disgruntled.

I wanted to cancel my order within half an hour of placing my order since I realised that the discount had not been applied.This was not possible according to D.Franklin.I had planned to replace the order but with the discount applied but couldn’t.
The order took about 10 days to be delivered even though it was within Europe.
I was happy with the sliders but the sneakers were very big in comparison to a Nike shoe for example of the same size.
