Eldredge is no longer his own business, BUT he works for another firm. DO NOT hire this guy. Had I not hired another law firm my IP would be lost!!

Terrible experience. Finalized a document to file October 27th. Wasn't actually filed until November 15th, 3 weeks later.
I was told initially "we don't make out money on these patents, we make our money on litigation!!" Missing a deadline by 3 weeks I would be extremely nervous having these folks litigate anything for me. Total waste of 5 grand. Hired another patent attorney who says this should have been filed as a provisional. Inexperience and lack of attention ignored my needs. Having to re-do the whole thing over again. Very risky to bring your business here.

Brandon and Adriana at the Eldredge Law Firm (DFW Patent Law) were incredible to work with. I initially reached out to them online with a question and received a response within two minutes. The other firms I contacted never responded. Brandon answered all our questions and they quickly and easily helped us file our trademark paperwork (which has since been approved). The flat rate pricing was more than reasonable and made it easy to budget. I highly recommend them.

Honestly I enjoyed the ease of being able to get into contact with someone. However, the rub came when I actually did get into contact. Lawyer was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The service they provided was less than par. It seemed that possibly my age or inexperience played a role in their lack of responsiveness. I had to continually ask for things to be resent or ask how things were moving. To this day I have not gotten any update. So who knows? I feel like with the cost of service a simple email isn't much to ask for.
