I rarely give great reviews. At first, I was hesitant about transferring all my rental properties to DFW Rent Houses, but I found the process super simple, and now, after three years with them, I can say it was the best decision I could have made. They are legit in their promises, and working with Robert is like working with a best friend. He is so communicative and fun to work with.

They have a tough job dealing with many issues daily, but their team is up for the challenges and always gets me very well-qualified renters.

You can't miss here if you want great service and no games.

If you are with another company and getting bad service, as I have often witnessed over the years, I highly recommend that you transfer your homes to the team at DFW Rent Houses.

House was unlivable when we moved in. No hot water, no working oven, a/c upstairs broken, leaking dishwasher, broken windows and garage. It was literally insane. They use their “buddies” as contractors that do horrible jobs. The whole thing was a racket. Threatened me when I tried to insist we were being shorted on the return of our deposit after 12 months of hell and leaving it cleaner than when we moved in! We actually had to hire a cleaning service to clean the house before we DID move in.

Robert and his team are the best. They really care for the landlord's needs and always has your best interest. Great communication and service 🤩

After researching property management companies for weeks, I discovered that this company had the best renter reviews. Absolutely professional and experienced staff. Especial thanks to Robert who owns the LLC. He is able to give individualized attention to every tenant. He personally helped me out with recovering Security deposit from my last landlord/owner who was wrongly holding up my rent. Robert informed me of tenant rights and texas tenant code 92, and with his help I was able to get my security deposit back. I’m a professional and this small return of security deposit was not a big deal amount wise however, it was a matter of principle.

Robert does not only protect the owner’s interest thoroughly but also pays attention to the tenant/ buyers needs. No wonder he is well liked. I would never rent again directly from owners and instead would get services from professionals like Covenant Rent houses, LLC. I Recommend him without reservations for your home search. We leased our first home from DFW Rent Houses after moving here from another state. We knew nothing about the city, and they made this as easy as possible. We rented sight unseen from 1,200 miles away, and every detail about the property was accurate and up front. During our nearly 2 year stay, all of our concerns were handled promptly and communication lines were always open. I'd definitely recommend DFW Rent Houses!
