Bait and Switch
I submitted an RFQ for 100 units of a component that was listed on their website as having 12,731 pieces in stock. They confirmed availability and stated the parts could ship immediately.
After I paid on Monday (having received the quote Friday evening) and arranged shipment, they informed me that the component was now out of stock and asked whether they could retain the payment as store credit. Their website still has the same inventory listed.
This experience raises concerns about inventory accuracy and order commitment.
