I think they faze gaming

I made an order from dgzgold awhile ago, and never received it. The chat button on the website didn't help and I messaged them on Facebook and no response. I would just like what I ordered or a refund.

so i ordered 8 ball pool coins about 2 months ago now and still have not received my order i also ordered gta 5 money boost 10 million about 4-5 months ago and that is also not received i tried to contact them via discord and they banned me from the server for “spamming staff” even though they did not reply when active which i find strange and also whilst we are waiting for our “orders” (which i still havnt received by the way) they’re out doing giveaways on console with OUR money we earned and used on this scam of a site

I purchased a package for GTA 5 on pc in July of 2021 but I had to wait since there was a new GTA 5 update and their tools had to update I was patient and finally got my order fulfilled in late march after around 8 months of waiting. despite them saying the tools were safe and there was little to no risk of a ban. two days later the account I had been using for over 400 hours was banned I had not played on this account since 3 days before my order was fulfilled. I received no compensation for them getting my account banned not even so much as an apology. not only this but they have a discord server for support where they are extremely unprofessional going so far to call some of their customers "stupid" having a channel called "wall of stupidity" where they post anyone with any sort of problem with the service. they would on occasion take up to a week to respond to a simple issue. I used this service before this instance purchasing the exact same product and it was satisfactory but they have clearly gone down hill going so far as to lie to their paying customers and calling any customer who speaks up "stupid".

Like several others reviewing DGZgold, I have not received an order I placed almost a week ago. I've reached out both on the "live chat," which is pointless, and the help center, which also seems pointless.
UPDATE: I was finally able to reach someone on the DGZgold Facebook page. The actual cause for the delay in my order was on my end. So if you choose to go with DGZ make sure your ducks are in a row, and if you need to contact DGZ use Facebook.

Overall, I got what I wanted and I got extra too. The customer service reps, they were nice, I just wish they where more communicative.

Imma be honest it took about a week to get, but I don’t think I followed any of the instructions, and I wasn’t patient, also I think I was spamming and I apologize for that, but o got my money.

PEOPLE, YOU JUST HAVE TO BE PATIENT. IT MAY TAKE TIME BUT IT IS WORTH EVERY MINUTE YOU WAIT

Won’t be using this service ever again. Really bad at responding asked them 4 times about a refund and no response. On the 01/09/2002 in discord Andarooh said my order would be done. It hasn’t it is the 8th.

I have gotten multiple cash packs on xbox. Most were delivered on time but the ones that weren't had extra cash to compensate so it's very fair. One of them I got a free arena workshop included and all of the most expensive houses in one of my deliveries. I would definitely recommend.

I used their GTA money service and it caused my account to be reset. They said they would do a free redo and the guy that they have me work with on discord after i gave him my order number (which was back in may) has not responded to any of my messages and has not done a redo of the service.

$30 for 20 mil!!!! U can’t pass that up. The delivery time wasn’t any more than 48hrs and I also got to drive a deluxo for the first time. I will most definitely be buying again.

Simply amazing! Typically I wouldn’t write reviews but these people really did an outstanding job. The wait wasn’t so bad even with the mass amounts of people that have placed an order prior to me. The staff was friendly and responded quickly and I would recommend them to anyone!
