Mark up and write down just a little
Ordered online with confirmation email. The confirmation stated I would be informed of dispatch and tracking details. The item was received within a few days but still have not been told it has been dispatched...hence the write down. Item as stated and great price so no real complaints just a minor grump because we were lucky to be in the house to receive the delivery.

NOT HAPPY
The service is pretty good and the delivery is quick.
However. With my recent order of a product. The units arrived pre-priced with stickers attached. Buying price was £1.82 per unit inc VAT. Which incidentally is a good bit more expensive than my regular supplier but they didn't have any stock. Sticker price £1.90. NOT HAPPY as I had to remove these pre priced stickers from 192 units. If products come with pre priced stickers it should clearly state this in the listing.

Successful delivery of order
I ordered 2 packs of Curaprox LS631 interdental brushes and they arrived in the post. So well done DHB and the postal service. And well done me for completing the order form correctly and my credit card for paying the bill. I should also like to thank my parents for making sure I could read and write.
