What a liers !!

What a liers !!!
It is now happening so many time ,that they bring our orders in a DHL pick up shop and let it there with the reason : that they can't find us home in the time when they delivered !!! So they leave just a message
Big liers!!
We have a profile on the DHL ,where we had setted to let in the backyard of our house ,because the small gate is open.
I tried to contact them via by phone to make a reclamation ,and the lady from the office just escaped from me with the tactique to put me true to a other department(e-commerce) ,where the phone number is disconected !!
We do not reccomand them for nobody !!!!

Package left abandoned in rain for 3 days

Package just dropped off at my door and left outside in the rain for 3 days. Faked the delivery signature. Worst service ever!! Could have at least drop it at the neighbors or at the parcel shop when no one is home.

The worst courier company

It's a shame, from one of the best courier companies in the Netherlands you easily became one of the worst, if not the worst. This evening I had a very bad experience in the idea that I was waiting for 2 parcels from Amazon. The smallest package that entered the mailbox was delivered to me, and for the larger package, a message was left in the mail saying that it did not find me at home, although I left work earlier especially to be home for this package .The courier was too lazy to move to the door of the apartment. Shame on DHL for allowing people like these to destroy your image.

DHL is lazy and could care less about their work

I ordered a few things for my mom off of action. She was supposed to receive both packages on the same day, the first one got delivered in the morning. I purposely changed the delivery time for the 2nd one incase she had errands to run. I get an email that package nr 2 has been dropped off at the neighbors place. Come to find out that some lazy idiot dropped the package off at a different adres in the same area but further away from here house.

I called customer support and informed them about the situation. Just for some lady to say; “Thanks, will let the delivery guy know, but you’ll have to pick the package up from supposed neighbors living a few blocks away instead of the same damn building.”

Are kidding me?? My mom just wanted to receive her package since she is recovering from surgery just to get saddled up with this bs? If I could pick it up, I would but live on the other side of the country….

Honestly shocked how bad the service of DHL has gotten over the years. At one point they actually had quality service, now they run a business that could care less about their average customer

I am extremely disappointed with DHL's…

I am extremely disappointed with DHL's service. My parcel was marked as delivered to a "neighbour," but the address provided was on a completely different street. I spent an hour searching for my parcel, which wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress.

This level of carelessness is unacceptable, and DHL has failed to ensure proper delivery or take responsibility for the inconvenience caused. I expected better from a trusted delivery service.

I PAID £7 POSTAGE FOR A DOUBLE VINYL ALBUM TO BE DELIVERED. PURCHASED VIA EBAY BUT THE SELLER RESPONSIBLE ARE CASH CONVERTERS.

MY ADDRESS VERY CLEAR ON ORDER AND INVOICE.
HOWEVER THEY SENT IT TO A COMPLETELY UNRELATED ADDRESS HUNDREDS OF MILES FROM MINE !!

THE RECIPIENT UNDERSTANDING THE ERROR HAS CONTACTED ME AND HAS MY PURCHASE READY TO BE COLLECTED, BUT CASH CONVERTERS, DHL AND EBAY HAVE IGNORED ALL OFFICIAL APPROACHES TO REMEDY THIS

I SPEND THOUSANDS PER YEAR WITH EBAY LARGELY WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS HOWEVER THIS IS THE MOST APPALLING ABSENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATROCIOUS INCOMPETENCE!

I LOST 2.500€!!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs!!! They lost a very huge 32 kilo package with €2,500 in zaltbommel!!! More than a month later I am still without my things and not even a euro!!! I feel totally robbed

The mightest logistics company on the planet...

You would have better luck trying to pull your product out of your computer monitor.

If your order is >100e - it magically gets delivered to a neighbour who doesnt exist!

I have had this happen 3 times in a row with this company now, and you don't even have the option to complain :)

All my packages are either lost or delivered somehwhere else!

It was fine until November, then deliveries became a nightmare. I wrote terrible examples for my few orders below.

We were at home all day but they claimed that I wasn't at home (also no 'not at home' paper in my mailbox, so they were never in my door at all). They delivered my package to service point:

I was at home, I got a message that the package is delivered to me but no package to me neither to my neighbors. PACKAGE IS LOST. Contacting DHL is never possible and their chatbot just tells to contact the seller?! I had to contact Lidl and poor Lidl had to give my money back because of DHL non-sense:

Just today I was at home, I got a message that the package is delivered but no package delivered of course! Few hours later my bell rang and someone living in another block told me that they found my packages laying near their mail boxes. He was nice to bring that otherwise these packages would be also LOST!

I am sorry to hear that your parcel from Lidl was lost. It is correct that in a lot of cases the sender (Lidl) is the one that can open an inquiry for us to investigate further. Hence, the given advice earlier. Given that they are our paying party, only Lidl can start a claim procedure with us.

Unbelievably bad service, no help at all

Package unexpectedly delivered to a DHL locker. No details or email received regarding this. Seller uncontactable by me or DHL. Refuse to redeliver. Refuse to send code. Refuse to contact seller or previous shipping company. Refuse to provide seller's contact info. Refuse to elaborate on anything. Useless AI customer service bot.

Genuine effort would have to be expended to provide a worse service.
