Bad service from the start
I have the unfortunate thing with my insurance company wanting me to use ccs medical
I haven’t even gotten my 1st order
And already having problems getting my order
They keep saying reviewing my paperwork and getting everything done to ship it shows everything is authorized
By the insurance and the dr
But for over week they can’t finish the paperwork

When I first called there was a hour & 10 min wait so I took advantage of the “they would call me back option” when it became my turn. This was early afternoon and I never received a call back. The next morning exact same results no call back. I even took my phone off call screening to make sure it would ring. After another day I called and waited for a hour & a half for pickup. When the person answered I explained my problem and she told me this was a Dexcom problem and to call them. I had told her about my experience. I tried to tell her it didn’t believe it was because it had to do with me not receiving my order. Her exact words were”Dexcom would take care of the problem & send me a replacement. She said I needed to first fill out a claim with UPS so I’d have a claim # for Dexcom. She added it happens all the time. I went to UPS site and filled out the form for the claim. I got all the way through with it only to get a popup message saying “this company doesn’t accept claims from UPS”. So I called Dexcom (always one of the best customer service experiences you can have). They said that would not be something they would since CCS sent the package. She sent me a supervisor who told me the same thing, which I knew sounded correct as it made no sense that Dexcom would “free of charge” replace something they really had no responsibility for. He tried to connect with CCS to discuss with me on the phone. He got the same wait time as I had. He apologized but there really wasn’t anything they could do. Later that day I called my doctor and they are holding me extra Dexcom equipment to pick up at no extra charge. I know this is long so maybe you can understand why I’m totally frustrated with your customer service. I am weighing my choices to find a new delivery company for the product. This company is horrible avoid them like the plague. I have been fighting with them for over two months to get my insulin supplies and they are constantly changing stories failing to ship when they say. I feel like basically they are trying to see how many people they can kill. If your insurance says that this is the provider they use then you need to find another insurance
Strange metamorphoses are happening…
Strange metamorphoses are happening with CCS Medical. Two years ago, Medicare assigned us to this problematic company – poor customer service and all that. We struggled with them for two months until our serious problems reached their boss. Miraculously, they improved! And until December 2025, they worked perfectly. But our happiness ended in December 2025. A complete collapse into the abyss of despair! Terrible customer service – three numbers, and they all give the same answer: a two-hour waiting time. Two other numbers have a 35-minute waiting time, but then the call is dropped. A life-or-death problem – a disabled senior woman received an order with a new version of the sensor, but without the Reader, which is supposed to read the sensor's readings and instantly warn with a signal in case of a sudden, life-threatening fall or spike. After a week of fruitless attempts to contact customer service by phone and online, we received a call from a man at CCS Medical who started blackmailing us, seeing our desperate situation, by demanding cash payment for the Reader! This company is a complete failure in medical service in the USA!
Went into DKA while pleading and begging for 3 months
I had a pump die and was in the process of upgrading an out of warranty pump. We were already about a month and a half into the process
I explained the urgency of the matter to the rep and since the site showed that it had passed all milestones and was in the process of shipping, I offered to pay and then paid overnight overages to get the pump as soon as possible.
It was a Wednesday and the rep assured me that I would have it by Friday night at the latest.
It's a month later. The package has still not shipped. Worse yet, the site is now out of nowhere saying that I don't have any insurance. My insurance provider assured me that I do.
Needless to say, I'll be making a call in the morning to let Tandem know that I'm going to a different manufacturer because if the take off is this rocky, what happens every 3 months when I need to refill?
HORRIBLE CLUELESS COMPANY
As EVERYONE has said, this place is terrible. I'm attempting to be a new customer. I've been going back and forth with them for over a month now and they keep losing my info, asking me to fill out information I've already completed 3x times. They still havent figured out what my cost is with insurance, whats covered, etc. NOTHING. I've been going back and forth with them for over a month and they/I have made -0- progress on getting my supplies ordered. I've now had to pay for my supplies out of pocket because of this clueless company. Avoid this company like the plague and go literally anywhere else. Theyre likely to just lose your order and leave you in a desperate spot like they did me. Now I have to switch to another company and start all over again. Not to mention the 30+ minute wait times every time I have to call them for an update which has consumer hours of my life.

Terrible. My dad has been paying for diabetic testing supplies thew this company for 2 years. He lives on $800 a month. His insurance covers the supplies 100% threw walmart and should be coverd threw here as well, they are a rip off. Disgusting. Yes, ill be contacting the better business bureau.
Provides incorrect and conflicting information
They've told me that I have two insurances (per their "system"), even though I've literally called insurance to confirm that it's canceled. Every time I call, they provide different instructions which are completely wrong and useless. Not to mention, their phone wait times are consistently over an hour.

I wasSent three senors in a small box. I am to receive 6 for 59.00 in a big box. When reordering a man gave me a price 103.00. I didn't want to auger. When i called back a lady said no Ms.59.00 for 6. I was given the correct price for the senors.
Waiting for printout from insurance company and payments the CCS has recieved.
Have yet to receive the print out of orders and pictures of deliveries.
I am always oweing money. I refuse to keep my credit card on record file because I feel there is poor bookkeeping.
When I called in to reorder I was told I was calling in too early. I explained I had only received 3 seniors in a small boxes of 3 not 2 small of 3 and I am being charge for 3 senors 59.00 instead of 6.

Discusting company they havent sent me my supplies in two months you cant even talk to anyone they wo t return calls. Had a diabetic seizure yesterday because of this mess..my health is in jepardy and cabt even talk to a person and nobody checks emails. If you want to die use ccs other wise switch to a real company who actually cares. I can show proof of the ladt email they sent me to reorder and can also show proof of past issues I have had. Funny part is my omnipoda from a different pharmacy literally take one day. I am going to talk to a lawyer on Monday abd see if I have a case for pain and suffering and medical cost associated with this place. There neglect is gross. I received my supplies very fast
I received my supplies very fast, but it took over 30 days to get the training for using the pump. Once I had the training, I realized the pump wasn't for me. I find out that I can't return the supplies and I can't get my money back!!! Not happy. It wasn't my fault that I didn't get the training for over 30 days. This is a rip off!!

CCS Medical is a complete scam and operates like a fraudulent company. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and should not be trusted with anyone’s medical care. From the beginning, it has been nothing but lies, misinformation, and constant contradictions. They tell you one thing on the phone, then do the exact opposite. When mistakes happen, they change their story instead of taking responsibility, leaving customers stuck in endless back-and-forth.
Their billing practices are fraudulent. I have been overcharged multiple times, and instead of correcting their errors, they continue to take money that does not belong to them. This is theft, plain and simple. They prey on patients who rely on their medical supplies and exploit that need for profit.
This isn’t just poor service—it’s corruption. They mislead, scam, and defraud customers while hiding behind excuses and refusing to provide accountability. The lack of care and integrity in a company responsible for essential medical supplies is beyond disturbing.
CCS Medical is not a trustworthy provider. They lie, steal, and manipulate, and it is clear they value money over people’s health and well-being. Avoid them at all costs and protect yourself from their fraudulent business practices.
New customer
New customer, I placed order for Dexcom July 9, it is now going on almost 3 months and they just contacted me saying I need to update my Dr with my insurance. It's never changed.

Don't do business with this company. Check their review score and there's a reason for it. Every month I order it's a different price and they claim I have a balance. They are liars. Call me before you call CCS.
AVOID CCS
This is a terrible company. I've been waiting over 4 months for blood monitor. Every time they put the blame on my insurance and they are "waiting for authorization". When you call them they tell you it's not their fault.
Expired supplies
e careful when you deSk with this company, they ship out expired supplies then they tell you to contact the manufacture. It is ccs medical that is shipping expired dexcom G 6 sensors. Check expiration dates when you receive supplies seem like common practices to ship expired items. This is a very untrustworthy company deal with them with caution!!!!!!!
