A terrible cheap knock-off product. Out of the box it had a broken piston , they replaced it immediately

when adjusting tilt it started cracking. I turn the chair upside down and i see a crack in the weld which supports the back, if it breaks with my 3 weeks old baby on my chest while leaned back there will be injury. Avoid these products. Cheap crap

The company is very helpful, and there when you need them for whatever reason. It is safe to buy from them, if something happen to go wrong, they will fix it.

But the X.Eye prime chair is like rock, and extremely uncomfortable. The other chairs might be good, there are positive reviews, I don't know.

the chair has barely held up for 2 years, the “leather” is flaking off, the chair is squeaking and turning around by itself, the arm wrests are not adjustable in other ways that up or down so they are wayyyy too far to even rest arms on them. Would not recommend and the customer support is a joke as well. Has my 2 year warranty but they told me that they will not be sending a new chair but that I need to pack this and send it to them to get a refund. That is a lot of work for the customer AND then is expected to get a chair by themselves as I use it for work and cannot do without a chair nor have an extra one lying around?? I also had to reach out to their customer support for A YEAR and got no response to my first 10 emails and had to send them to many different emails as their websites have the wrong ones.

I bought a chair 1.5 months ago and still haven't received it. I've emailed 3 times and received no response!

Order a chair for 1 month ago, still no chair and no answer on three e-mails.

Ordered a Diablo X-Ray 2.0 Normal Size White with Footrest about 4 months ago. It arrived very quickly to the Netherlands.
Very very happy with the purchase. I've tried Noblechairs before, but the Diablo chair is definitely much more comfortable and softer compared to the Noblechairs.

I haven't had any muscle issues, pain or uncomfortable feeling after sitting for many hours, so it's perfect for long sessions.
It has the best neck pillow I've ever seen. It's magnetic, doesn't fall off. No strings attached. Works perfectly and the shape of the horn makes it extra comfy to the head. The footrest is the best extra purchase I've made. I use it every day. Highly recommend buying the footrest.

The footrest was a bit difficult to use at first. The metal bar wasn't sliding through the construction well. I added a very little bit of coconut oil on the bar. Ever since it has been working very smoothly.

Rolls very nice over the carpet, doesn't leave permanent deep marks on carpet because of the shape and size of the wheels. Chair doesn't make any noise. Just the synthetic leather touching each other can make a small noise when you move but that's normal with leather.

Chair is easy to assemble. Comes with guides and a gift pack including: very dope stickers, wristband, Keychain and gloves.
You can tell the details of the chair, made with high quality, there's no awkward tiny holes like the ones on the Secretlab chairs. Armrest work perfect, fairly soft and slightly squishy.
There's even a lable attached to the chair at the bottom with the date of creation. My chair was build in 10.2023.
Chair available in different sizes depending on your height and weight. Even available for children.

Had great communication with seller about certain questions. Has amazing prices compared to the big brands nowadays. Often sales.

After 4 months the chair still feels the same as day 1, leather is still white. Everything functions as normal.
Overall 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Chair is small i would not recommend it to someone who is taller than 190cm. The design is really bad you can see plastic under fiber. There were no photos where it is shown like that. The chair itself is really good. It is comfortable for someone shorter than me(192cm).

Great chairs, my is solid and only minus I have seen this entire time (except chair price went up) was not so stable but you won't fall if you don't try to sleep on it weird.

I had it for 8 months, the piston broke after 6 months, they sent me a new component after 1 month, and now the chair is starting to break again.
Update: now the chair pad broke and it's unconfortable to sit on, because it sinks between the slats.
