Great while it lasted but company has been wound up now.

I thought the system had technical fault until I read the reviews online. They shut down suddenly without warning. The balance on my account is gone with the administration!

I now see the company has closed rather than believing there was a technical fault. It seems most peope have been left losing money on their account. Which may be small, but if 1000 people have £10 credit left, that adds up. Is there no way of reporting or claiming this back, surely people can't just do that ?

Service stopped without warning and offer of refund

This company and has closed shop with no warning, used them for years with no problem and it was a good service, but she has buried her head in the sand and keeping our money, disgraceful.

Could not make a call. Saw the reviews on Trustpilot & saw the mssg on their website about being closed. The director on Companies House is Alina Caro, the company is still active & should have these prepayments(top up credits) on their Balance Sheet, most likely the cash has been spent. The company has a legal obligation to repay the unused credit amounts. I've been using this app for a couple of years & was very surprised to see that they've closed down without warning or an offer of a refund

They put a message on their app saying they would be 'sunsetting' after 10 years' service. No indication of when they would stop operating. I kept getting the message that the number I was calling was unreachable. I've sent a message to them, with no reply. Guess I'll have to write off the £8 credit I had.

There must be a way to either get our money back or punish these scammers for what they have done to so many of us...

Effing crooks. They wound up the business with no indication of how to get money refunded. I hope kharma kicks in manyfold!

Company has ceased trading and posted a message to this effect on their website. They do not respond to support messages and there is no way to get a refund on the money they owe you.

Hi I have been using dial 123 for a few years and it has been great. I use it to phone my brother in Turkey. Can anyone recommend any similar service from a landlines and a mobile. Thank you in advance. They owe me £12.00 I topped up in early June!

I have used this company for years without any problems, but having not been able to connect to my Norwegian contact number for a couple of weeks I have now discovered that they have ceased trading!
No warning, no apology and no offer to refund my credit balance!
What a pile of despicable criminals - I shall be contacting OFCOM & the FCA about this.

Similar to others on here, Dial123 appear to have stopped trading. I have credit on my account and no way to get this back. Disappointing after using them for 10 years or so. No email to inform either.

I have over £12 in credit and have tried ringing different numbers quite a few times. But all I get is number unreachable. I've emailed so called customer service several times with no response. They are either not in business anymore or just plain ignorant. Stopped trading recently, fortunately I was able to claim £12 from PayPal so out of pocket still but obviously not as much.

I have been using Dial123 for a couple years with great results. However, lately it will not connect my calls. I have approx £10 in my acct and can't use it. Have tried emailing customer service numerous times, with no response. Very unhappy. I will be reporting them!

This service used to work but in the past few mouths it is virtually impossible to connect a call just a message saying that the number is unreachable when you can connect without problems via a different supplier. I wouldn't mind so much if it was pay as you go but you are required to by credit up front.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS SERVICE FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE BEEN REALLY HAPPY WITH THE CHEAP RATES FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL CALLS. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY TO RECOMMEND DIAL 123.R

I activated their inbound thinking (from description) it was something completely different.
Now I cannot cancel it and they have been charging my card for 3 months now.
They ignore my emails! Obviously there is no phone number to call. AVOID
