Tafer Resorts bought out Diamante Lies, Lies and more Lies
Tafer Resorts bought out Diamante. We just returned. Signed a new contract only to request additional information and receive none. Most importantly we had a membership at OCR and our new contract does not even show Diamante as a resort. It states future resorts but nothing in writing to back up the "Jan 25" and Tafer members can use Diamante. Mind you we gave them 5 days to get us the information before at 3pm the 5th day we said screw it and cancelled. Amy Wills and Paul Windham in the sales office tell you they will get the correct and valid information to current and future members even those who upgrade! They tell you we will email you responses to get nothing. I would never work with them in the future! Buyer beware the Tafer company refuses to be honest with members or future members. We will see if they keep up their end of our contract and have our building built by 2026 or maybe we will be looking at a class action suit!!!
