What an amazing company

What an amazing company. After ordering a beautiful ring from them, it was delivered but unfortunately the courier left it hanging out of my letterbox and being so close to the road I think somebody swiped it. After checking in with Diamofy, they immediately said they would send a replacement, which they did but, alas, this one was lost in transit. They were very concerned that I hadn't received my order and insisted they send out another with a few precautions in place. It arrived today and it really is so beautiful the picture doesn't do it justice. So, to say that I'm over the moon with my purchase would be an understatement, I love it.
Diamofy's customer service is absolute, they really care about the service they provide and i 200% recommend them to anyone looking to buy an inexpensive jewellery piece.

Ordered on october 16th, just got an email that the order has been recieved. Nothing after that. I am still waiting on a response on order update. Have sent them couple of emails, tried calling multiple times on both US and UK numbers. No response. This is a shady business. Stay away.

I ordered a necklace for my sister with the names of her grandchildren engraved on beads. The necklace received was a MESS! It was completely discolored and illegible. I wish I could forward a picture of it! I complained and was assured multiple times that a replacement would be provided. It was not! So my order was a complete WASTE OF MONEY!

Do not buy. Not received my goods. Had an email today to say my order has been delivered. I placed the order back early Sept. Said 5-7 working days. Do not waste your money. I received the necklace today, quality is terrible, nothing like the photo online. Requested a refund. Avoid this company.

Keep your money in the bank!

I ordered a heart necklace with names. The one on instagram looked lovely. The one I eventually received didn’t! I contacted them and they eventually contacted me to say they would replace it and apologised. Needless to say, despite them telling me the new one had been dispatched, I didn’t receive it! Save your money and don’t buy. First placed my order in July, now mid October!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The item I ordered came fine. But the quality felt like a light weight plastic instead of a metal heart pendant. When I wanted a refund I was told it was sent and to allow 7-10 business days. Well it’s been a month. Hit and miss with replies from them. I’m assuming now it’s not coming!!! Don’t waste your money. Same item can be found on Temu at a fraction on the price if you are prepared for tat!!!

Ordered a necklace which took over the time to come. Was satisfied with purchase. But after 1 week it all faded. I sent photos as evidence and was promised a new necklace. Don’t use this company.

I placed an order on 28th June, I still haven’t received my bracelet, they reply occasionally and say it’s in transit and I will receive it 3-5 days, I have repeatedly asked for a refund but nobody replies. Don’t use this company, their customer service is diabolical.

I paid for a necklace with 5 engraved beads. When I received it there was no engraving with the names. 5 plain beads. False advertising. You cannot get through to their customer service number. It is not manned by anyone. I called the overseas number it is not in service. What a hoax.
