The worst service ever. Beware of this company: they record everything you say inside the car and take photos of you. Then, they claim there is damage to the vehicle that you didn't cause just to charge you money you don't owe. Terrible service."
I had a very pleasant experience with Diamond Cars as they got me home safely and for a good price considering it was 3am on Christmas Eve and the driver was very lovely and chatty which was a friendly experience. Overall very pleased.
Terrible costumer service, don’t use these guys. Unprofessional, and when you book taxis they are either late or they don’t show up. Rude on the phone I can’t believe they are still running as a business.
Caught a taxi from Wokingham train station..what a rip off, what should have been a 12 Min journey turned into over a 20 Min journey...cost me a fortune
I've used this company a couple of times without problems. But they seriously let me down this time.
Booked a taxi online for an early departure from Heathrow. Did not get any confirmation by email or text so phoned them.
They confirmed they had our booking.
On the day no taxi arrived. I phoned and they said they had no booking and couldn't provide a car. Result missed flight and loss of over £500 for 2 business class seats.
Will never use them again
