I placed an order in December. Still have not received it. The links I have do not work anymore. Says page cannot be found. So they took my money and they are ghosting me. I believe they are scamming people!

If there was a way to give negative stars i would. Ordered product June 6th. As soon as I saw it was being shipped from China (which it shows no where on its site) I wanted to cancel the order as I know the wait time for those type of orders. I have sent over 20 emails, contacted the BBB and everything to cancel my order and get a refund all the while my order hasn't even been done yet. This place is awful! I got the automated emails every time and now I am not even getting responses back. Seriously?

I was not provided with anywhere near the amount of square drills to complete my very large project. I actually ran out of each color that I used. The company wanted me to complete the entire 24x32 inch picture, count the number of each color needed and then let them know. I disputed what I paid and was successful in my dispute with my charge card company. I have completed other similar projects and actually had excess drills after completion of each project. Not a great company!

I ordered 2 custom canvases. No proof was given as mentioned on the website. I emailed and asked for a proof. Never got one. The items arrived and they are horrible. The colors they chose for one of the prints are so dull and drab and do not even match the photo I provided. I emailed the same day I received them, they asked for pictures and have NOT responded. I knew they were coming from China and it might be a challenge so my advise to you is do NOT order custom prints from them. i did get a third canvas with a preselected print and that one is okay. Don't waste your money on custom prints

I ordered 3 custom kits in February for my mum birthday happening at the end of Feb. I emailed them before to see if that will arrive for Feb and they said they were the website providing the fastest shipping in less than 1 week. We are now May and the kits just arrived. While waiting I contacted the customer support to help me. The customer support is inexistent. Once you order from them, they don't care and will never reply. Total waste of money because it was so late AND the quality is absolutely garbage! Arrived in a low-cost and destroyed cheap packaging. My mum started doing her kits, but the colors don't even match the photo... My mum has a clear skin and the color is so wrong!!! They put light pink color for the skin and light green for the hair... The colors are wrong and there's no details... I also checked the tracking and it's coming from China, a small city from the countryside. I totally don't recommend y'all to purchase from them and they have ruined my mum birthday's gift... I would give them -1 / 5 if I could...
