I called and sent them the certificate of diamond. The sales person contact me and offered my diamond valued of 11,000.00 plus $700.00. And told me the value of diamonds have gone down, over the boom of lab grown diamonds. And sent me a link on lab grown diamonds. I kindly refused, but this man kept texting me. He wouldn't leave me alone I told him I wasn't interested that I know my diamond was valued and I had a certified certificate with the value. I finally had to threaten with a bad review for him to leave me alone. Whatever you do, do not sell anything of value you have to the diamond banc. THEY ARE HUSTLERS AND SCAMMERS, NOT TO BE
TRUSTED. I will give them a bad review. He told me to search the internet Google diamonds. That was the biggest mistake he made because I did research it, and it said that diamonds are up by 3.91%.
