We had a ring with a loose stone, we had been told by other shops it would take a week to fix, but Raj at Diamond Dealers Direct went out of his way to get there Setter to fix it immediately, great service and very friendly staff.

We had no idea what we were looking for when shopping for an engagement ring back in 2019, and after many hours visiting different jewellery stores in the Quarter we came across Diamond Dealer Direct.

Raj was friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable and he guided us through the pros and cons of the different diamonds and settings available, without the hard sell and with genuine interest in finding the perfect ring for us. The quality and price were fantastic, compared to others we had looked at previously.
