Terrible QA & Customer Service
I purchased the magnetic board but the order management system messed up the size. Their customer success team emailed me to confirm the size, that is when I noticed the size was wrong. I was working with customer support to order the correct size. During this processes I was receiving emails about the original size being prepared for shipping. I asked the support representative if the order was stopped. She said it was. 5 days later, the wrong size arrived my house. The customer service representative who I was speaking with stopped responding to me. Several other follow up and nothing but ghosted. This company has serious customer support and QA issues, even if their product is good, you should not order from them.
