Very helpful

I have been using gold and silver since I stopped smoking some 3 years ago and I am now 64 it has been very beneficial to me and my health as when I was smoking I coughed constantly and was wheezing all the time. I believe if I was still smoking I would be not able to breathe as well as I am today.
