I had a great experience with this pest control company. They showed up on time and explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and didn't rush through the job. Within a few days, the annoying pests that had been bugging us forever were totally gone. They even checked after to make sure things were still good. Super solid service - I'd definitely recommend them.

After dealing with a couple of other companies that didn’t do much, Diamond was a huge upgrade. From the initial call with Louis, who explained everything clearly to the technician that attended, figured out the issue right away and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. The results kicked in fast, and things have stayed clear since. I’m really happy with how everything turned out.

We recently had ASH come to our home to treat our newly rented flat for bed bugs, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his help. From the moment he arrived, his kindness and professionalism really stood out. I had a lot of questions, and he patiently answered every single one of them without hesitation.

I highly recommend Diamond Pest Control. We came to them with an urgent situation having been royally messed around by a different pest control company (explained below).

The lead surveyor identified the insect pest immediately and recommended a weekly treatment for 3 weeks to deal with the issue but also crucially to disrupt the egg cycle in order to eradicate the problem.

Derek, who attended for the three week programme, was outstanding. He was professional, highly knowledgeable and reliable. He explained clearly what to expect and how it worked.

Having had to do a lot of research into pest control companies to find a reliable one, I would highly recommend Diamond Pest Control.

Their technician attended, could not identify the insects, carried out a treatment anyway. 10 days later, problem even worse and they said we could not book them to return (as part of their guaranteed service) for at least 4 weeks. We later realised this approach would never stop the egg cycle and we would continue to be unable to move into the property. For this reason, we looked for a new pest control co, and thankfully found Diamond Pest Control who solved the pest problem.]

I couldn't recommend Diamond and Ash more. They were super speedy and came out same day, with regular visits until the squirrel in the attic had gone! Ash is knowledgeable, calm and friendly and fixed the issue efficiently. Thanks Ash!

We were able to book a visit quickly for bed bugs and they disappeared after the first visit, but had two more sprays just to make sure. Great service, could be improved with a bit more detail in answers to my questions about bed bugs to assuage my nerves, but clearly the spraying worked! They offer a guarantee within 3 months too which is helpful. Also could have been a bit clearer on visit times but pleased overall with experience :)
