Ankit is such a talented jeweler
Ankit is such a talented jeweler! He not only changed the color of the gold last minute (as the original package was in shipment already) for us, but he also took the time to respond to all my messages and needs. My Fiancée, soon to be wife, is extremely happy with her ring. Our family and even other jewelers complement the ring for its beauty. I’m working with Aknit now to see if he could make a wedding band for me. Thank you! I highly recommend him.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Diamond Rensu! After months of researching the perfect ring, I finally decided to have it custom-made here, and they absolutely nailed it. The team was professional, patient, and incredibly easy to work with.
The quality of the ring is stunning, exactly what I envisioned, and they created it quickly without sacrificing any detail. For the level of craftsmanship and service, the price also remains more than fair compared to other options.

I returned a ring and it never got reimbursed
I returned a ring and it never got to destination. They never tried to help me. They don't care about their returns. The ring was great, but I would never return any package to them again . They give you a sketchy adress in the UK when you bought the ring in India. On google maps, the adress looks sketchy. Please don't buy there if you might return the purchase through mail. Their costumer service won't be good or helpful.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed an order on 7-24-2024 and the customer service was fantastic right up to the point where the transaction was finalized. After my order was paid in full, the customer service turned horrible! I asked for order updates along the way and received no response. Finally on business day 16 after my order was placed, I received and email stating that my order was shipping. It has been three days and I still have no tracking number after requesting tracking info numerous times. I am finally to the point of disputing the charges since I feel like I will never receive my order from this company.
