Clear, Direct, and Communicative
The whole process was very clear and easy! The service was great - upfront about the process and what to expect, as well as the results.
I felt very little pressure to actually buy anything, and the experience was far less intense than I've experienced with traditional jewelry retailers.
In the end, I purchased a 1 carat lab grown diamond ring in white gold, and we're very happy with the ring and its sparkle!

Include a model wearing each piece of Jewellery
Would be helpful if every item of jewellery showed a photo of someone wearing it.
Staff were very nice in the Auckland office.
Didn't like that not all items were at the Auckland showroom to look at.

Excellent all round
I was initially a skeptic when looking into online Lab Diamond products when shopping for an engagement ring. The level, speed and quality of service provided by DiamondsFactory was excellent however. From the online consult, through to ensuring my ring made it on the tight deadline I was working to, through to the 20 hour delivery from Sydney to the Waikato blew me away.
