I ordered the engagement ring by phone with the nice people of the Paris office. They were kind and helpful. They said that making and delivering the ring would normally take three to four weeks. This information was also on their website. I was cutting it very close as I wanted to propose to my good lady on New Year’s Eve. Madam Benigno and her team must have broke a new world record making and delivering the engagement ring in time for the great event.
Thank you Diamond factory and every one for your help.

Lack of communication between the…
Lack of communication between the boutique and the workshop is very unprofessional and pathetic.
It is a shame that even for a very urgent matter, the sales team would only send an email to the workshop and wait for a reply instead of just picking up the phone and calling to see what's going on.
Communication between myself and the sales team was horrible as well. Multiple emails would be sent before I get a single response, and constant calling all day long just so that someone at the Paris office would pick up once.
Just to show how disoriented the company is, I have been sent an email asking about my feedback on an order that hasn't been even shipped.
I was told that it was shipped a week ago, but no, it has been sitting around for a week now in your workshop somewhere.
This lack of professionalism and communication cost me a lot of money (flight postponing, event cancelation, etc.) and still, I have no updates on whether or not my ring will ever be shipped.

At Diamonds Factory we pride ourselves on offering the highest level of customer service, unfortunately on this occasion we’ve fallen below our usually high standards.
A tracking label was generated for your order as we were due to receive your item back from hallmarking that day. Unfortunately the Assay Office that hallmarks your item for legal purposes then experienced some delays that unfortunately delayed your order being shipped. This is of course very disappointing for yourself and our company as this has delayed our orders to our customers.
Your order is due to be dispatched today with express shipping to make sure it reaches you as soon as possible. A new tracking number will be emailed to yourself.
In regards to the comments about the workshop depending on the location some of our workshops are communication only by email. Our workshop understand how important communication is to give our customers up to date delivery information. It appears here the Assay Office have caused the delays for yourself.
Any issues with your order please do pop our customer service an email.
Once again we apologise for the situation and the way that you feel towards Diamonds Factory. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
