Jewellery when it arrived was lovely.

I had an outstanding experience with consultant Glauce. She was consistently patient, warm, and incredibly helpful as she guided me through choosing the perfect ring for my partner. She explained the diamond specifications in detail — things I never even knew existed — and made the whole process enjoyable and stress‑free. I’m absolutely delighted with the final result. I collected my engagement ring on Saturday and it is the most amazing ring I ever saw, the girls in Diamonds factory were so lovely and helpful when I was picking it out and gave me so much advice, I can't stop looking at my hand, I would recommend everyone to buy their engagement in here!

Such an incredible experience!
Myself and my fiancé had the pleasure of working with Jana for both our wedding rings. Initially, we had never heard of the Diamond factory so we were both very curios. From the moment we stepped in the door the experience was incredible. She walked us through the whole process, showing us multiple styles she believed would suit us. We had only booked in for my fiancés ring, but as soon as I saw what they had to offer I got mine ordered on the same day too :) the rings & service from Jana was that good!! 10/10 for everything - THANK you so much Jana for all the help & making the whole experience so memorable!

I had such a wonderful experience here…
I had such a wonderful experience here picking out wedding bands with my fiance. There was no pressure and I actually loved that it wasn’t a typical store, it felt more relaxed and like we could truly try different options with no pressure. Everybody I dealt with was so nice and happy. I especially appreciated Jana when I picked up my wedding band, she was so positive and excited for me. I’ll definitely be back for some more sparkles :)
