Thought I was getting a serum, but got a toothpaste instead
After reviewing other similar products on the Internet for their reviews and their prices, I saw that there are two products. One is called a tooth whitening serum and the other is a purple toothpaste. In general, the toothpaste cost between six and €14. The name of the product I ordered was the Tanden whitening color corrector. Nowhere in the title does this say that this is a toothpaste. If I wanted a toothpaste, I would’ve ordered an equivalent product for less than half the price elsewhere. I thought I was getting the purple whitening serum for this amount of money. Unfortunately, I was surprised when the product that I received was actually a tooth paste, for almost 30 euros! When similar products on Google were much less. When I confronted the company, they just kept saying that this is what I ordered, even though I told them that they were being misleading and their product name. There was no willingness from their side to exchange the product or give me the product that I actually wanted. I would have expected that in order to avoid an unhappy customer, they would send me the product that I actually wanted but that was not the case. Now I have this 30 euro toothpaste which doesn’t seem to be particularly effective either. Not happy with the “service” I got- especially because there was no acknowledgment coming from Diamond Smile that they had not tried to mislead people, but not even mentioning toothpaste in the product description. Not happy.
