DiamondSmile - Zahnbleaching 

I ordered a package, but after ordering I saw the negative reviews on trustpilot and I thought I got scammed. 2 weeks later it arrived and I have used it a 3rd time now and my teeth look so much more white. Even friends tell me randomly my teeth look really white. I really like the results so far!

This company is a complete scam. I paid for my order, the package never arrived, and they refused to refund me. Now I’m forced to go through my bank to try to get my money back. It’s unacceptable that they take people’s money and don’t deliver anything. Stay away from this fraudulent seller!

They have never sent the product after one month and the customer service keeps replying with lies inventing they will contact the DHL, but they do not share the tracking number meaning that the product has never been dispatched. Please do not trust them and save your money

Be very careful with this company. I ordered the basic whitening package three months ago and never received anything. Continuous emails to customer service assuring me I would receive a DHL tracking number but never did. It's a scam, save your money, I lost mine.

I ordered a whitening kit and foam based on the claims on their site, like “all natural ingredients” and “developed by dentists”. Unfortunately, after looking into it more closely, those claims don’t seem fully honest. There are no actual dentists listed, and some ingredients are not natural.

The positive side: I immediately requested a cancellation, and I did get my money back within a few days, so I appreciate that.

Advice: double-check reviews before buying and look into the ingredients yourself.

It’s been over two weeks and nothing information about my order. I will take a legal action and won’t pay them any money. Do not buy from them!

Very bad product, long time to ship and bad to use. Do not recommend

I ordered the PAP+ whitening kit. The reviews on the website are fake. Don’t be fooled. I wrote one and it did not show up on their page. Also the teeth whitening kit doesn't work. It tastes and smells soooooo bad! Maybe i bought the wrong one. Waste of time and money. I want my money back :(

Scam company, after ordering a Bleaching set there is a countdown with some 50% discount products. I didn't press buy but only viewed one product and then I was automatically withdrawn for it! I had to block my PayPal, the transaction was "automatic". Support says I can send it back on my own costs. I'm very disappointed and can't trust their payment system nor recommend the product because of such cheating on clients.

I recently used the diamondSmile teeth whitening product, and I am very satisfied with the results. This product has made a noticeable difference in the whiteness of my teeth.
To be honest, I was really impressed by the speed of the results. After just a few uses, I noticed a significant improvement in the color of my teeth. They became brighter and whiter, which boosted my confidence in my smile.
I definitely recommend the whitening product. It is easy to use, provides fast and long-lasting results, and significantly improved the appearance of my teeth !! So happy

I tried the products of Diamond Smile a while ago for the first time, I was surprised on how fast I saw results. I am very happy I discovered this! Will buy it again!

Well packaged and good results. I found these from a video online and decided to try them. I tried other whitening products before and whilst some worked, I was always dubious of their quality. The way these were delivered and designed gave me great confidence and the results were satisfactory. Some improvements could be delivery time and some more information in the package, but not enough to bring the rating down. Thanks
