I ordered a shiatsu massager x 2 and due to my pain levels paid extra for speedy delivery within 2 days. I received an email to say the order will be delivered from Germany within 4 days and that there will be import taxes!! I wrote to the company saying that Diamond UK implies they are in the UK and that there was NO mention of import taxes. They took zero responsbility in their reply
I ordered a red light therapy belt. They sent me a heated massage pad. After contacting them they insisted that the inferior item I received was the same as the one I ordered.
They now except me to return the item that I never ordered at my expense.
Do not buy from them, they are bogus!
