The Stone Ess product was not effective. Poor results on my tile floor.

I saw the reviews and was a little concerned. However, I had to deal with customer service and they were great. The saw I purchased is just what I needed but, it is the customer service that makes all the difference.
I am very happy with my experience. I hope this helps guide others.

I read the reviews and hesitated, but they had what we needed. Thanks, Scott! I appreciate the conversation and guidance. We ended up getting the skid steer we talked about. It's been about 3 months, one of the best purchases we've made.

Don't order from this company. You will pay for the merchandise, get the run around and never receive a thing. Throw your money out the window.

order a wet saw blade . Was not informed that shipping cost would be more that cost of product. Took two weeks to arrive. Box received was not damaged but enclosed saw blade was not usable. contact for return was difficult to reach customer service and required wait of two days to be contacted back. Customer Service required copious pictures of the box, product and shipping documentation. Was contacted a week later indicating that I would be subject to a 15% restocking fee and required to pay all shipping charges and required to use the same box in which the product was originally shipped. The "bottom line" is that I would need to spend a bit more than $62, several hours of time,and 30 miles of driving to and from the PostOffice to return a defective product they already charged me $80 for! I simply chose to to drive 28 miles to a local industrial tool supply store to buy a comparable quality product for $29. The Diamond Tool Store is really not well prepared to perform business within the framework of the "digital online arena!

Ordered some polyaspartic 2 weeks ago and still hasn't shipped. I called and the guy on the phone was annoyed that I was asking when it will ship. Customer service horrible, speed, horrendous, can't review the product and I still haven't got it yet.

Ordered a now plow attachment on 11/18/2020, and was told takes about 8-10 weeks to get the order. But until January 2021 I haven't received the order, so I sent several emails to ask for update, after back and forth several times, eventually he told me my order was not processed, and it will take another 8-10 weeks to get my order! The winter is over by that time! So I cancelled this order on 1/19/2021, and until 2/22/2021 I haven't got my refund yet! I have dispute to paypal now!!!

I order and pay a set of forklift forks on Diamond Tool Store Website. They contact me the next day to ask me $1500 more for the same forks saying they made an error on the website. I can understand an error but difficult to explain that the same forks are sold everywhere else on the web for $1000 less ...

Our Technicians said the dry granite bits we purchased worked like a charm. Hasteful delivery.

So good. Just what I asked for. Fast as could be expected. I will be back.

Love the products, love the prices, but dont love the fact they can not ship to Arizona. It cost me a lot of money in shipping costs to have one of their specialty saw blades shipped from a Florida distributor.
