Sorry this review is a little late. This is the second set of shutters we have had from DIAMOND SHUTTERS and we are very pleased with both the quality, price and look of our shutters. From start to finish these guys are truly amazing and what a great product! Our shutters are beautiful, well fitted and completely change the look of our rooms.

I remember the first day I walked into Diamond Shutters show room looking like a hot mess as I was in the middle of a my house move. The greeting I received was warm and welcoming, Danielle, Kevin and the rest of the team were very helpful. They talked me through everything and the prices are reasonable trust me on that one.
I waited patiently for my shutters and I am very very HAPPY with them. They are very firm and beautiful, they add that finishing touch to my home giving it a modern rich trending vibes.

I must also say thank you to the fitters they were very professional. They worked very quick and tidy, thank you guys.

As a family run business the customer service is more personal. I am absolutely thrilled from start to finish how they greeted me, to recommending the best shutters as a cat owner to final fitting.

Irrespective of my preference for wooden shutters, they made me see reason to purchase the PVC shutters, which would mean the cats would not be able to scratch or damage them. They were more focused on ensuring I got the best product, long durability and what was best for my home.

I was made to feel valued and not just a customer. I recommend them highly 👌

The shutters are of very high quality. They don't give total blackout but we were made aware of this before placing our order with Diamond Shutters.

We are delighted with our 5 x new glorious Shutters - the quality is amazing, fitting very well & speedily done in awkward Victorian house windows. The initial discussion & then measuring by Kevin, the owner, was done in a professional and gentle non-pressured manner, with a very good eye for detail. Good experience from ordering to installation

We had a few windows fitted with their shutters 4 years ago and Diamond Shutters came back recently and did a perfect fitting of 10 sliding shutters for our bi-fold doors. Good product, friendly service and quality fitting. I'd have no hesitation recommending Diamond Shutters.
