I purchased a ring on 18th December…
I purchased a ring on 18th December 2023 which I was so pleased with when it came. However the gold colour has worn off already leaving the ring looking like something out of a Christmas cracker!!! Poor quality, tarnished completely and certainly not wearable for a life time as not even worn it for 5 months!!!!

Disaster
What a disaster! Bought a bracelet for £186 and when it arrived it had two “diamonds” missing. Payed for next day delivery as it was a present. Did have to go to B’day party empty handed. Really disappointed but what’s worse I can’t get hold of anyone. No idea how to to return the bracelet. Have I just lost my money? What a disaster.

No wrist size bracelets.
I'm trying to purchase a bracelet from the website and there's no information about the wrist size. I really like their products but the only sizes are for extendable bracelets from 17 to 20cm. How about the non extendable ones? I don't want to have to return it. I would rather get it right first time.

Diamonfire Saves The Day!
I Contacted Customer services due to an earring emergency, we had bought them on several websites and they were actually out of stock or damaged, we didn’t think we were going to get them. We had been let down by 4/5 suppliers. I was assisted by Yasmin who managed to find one last set of the earrings that my partner had her heart set on for our wedding day.
I was sent a link to the set and the price had been discounted slightly which was massively appreciated by both of us.
Item arrived within a few days and is exactly what my partner wanted. We have one happy bride to be showing off her earrings to everyone😃
Service was top class, I would not hesitate to use Diamonfire again and will actively look to use this brand over other brands in future.
