It looks cheap. I bought Floral earrings and a handmade bird mobile. I am disappointed by both because they are expensive but really the lack quality and depth of handmade stuff by skilled artisans. Look much better in pictures!

I purchased a full jewelry set, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The order arrived late with no way to track it. When the items finally came, they were poorly made—the gold plating was incorrect, pieces were already falling apart, and the bangle’s lock was broken, making it unwearable.

I sent them detailed proof with a video, and they promised to refund half the price within 7–10 days. That turned out to be a tactic to silence me, because I never received the refund and now they ignore all my messages. After I posted comments on their Instagram, they blocked me.

This company is dishonest. Do not buy from them.

Severe Color Bleeding After Minimal Water Contact & Zero Accountability

We ordered curtains from this brand two months ago. After the very first use, we soaked the curtains in plain water for just 5 minutes — no detergent, no harsh handling — and the color bled immediately and badly.

Instead of acknowledging this as a dye-quality or fixation defect, the brand refused any exchange or refund. Their actual care instruction only states:
“Dry clean is the best way to maintain the precious drape.”
This is clearly a recommendation, not a strict “dry clean only” warning. There was no explicit disclaimer that even brief water contact would completely ruin the product or void any support.

What’s deeply disappointing:
• Weeks of follow-ups with no solution
• Then a sudden rejection citing a 7-day policy, even though this defect is detectable only after first use
• Final closure stating it was “escalated to management” with no resolution or responsibility

For a brand that markets itself as premium, handwoven, and artisanal, this level of product reliability and after-sales support is unacceptable. If a curtain cannot tolerate even a 5-minute water soak, that should be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Buyers should be very cautious — once the product is delivered, you are on your own.

I wanted to leve a review as when I was researching to see if it was legit before shopping from them I was very confused not to find reviews here despite looking like very legit on Instagram and website.
They are legit. Just received my order in Sweden less than a week after placing it. Products and packaging are high quality. The only thing to improve is the customer service as they told me my parcel had been returned to India and that was not true.
