They’ll take your premiums but won’t pay out in the demise of loved ones
My father passed away at the end of January 2026. Contacted them a few days ago, and they came back today 10/02/2026, and refused to pay out, and would not refund our premiums.
They also did a data breach, and copied in people we did not know into our communication. They later recalled it and did not even have the decency to apologise.
They will give you peace of mind while they are taking your money, and will leave you in a nightmare in the demise of your loved ones. Find a more reputable provider if you want true peace of mind. Speaking from experience here. Don’t wait till it happens to you.
