Really smooth process from ordering to delivery. The product quality is impressive for the price.
I recently ordered from Diavanta after seeing their products online, and honestly, it was a very disappointing experience. The item looked premium in pictures, but in reality, the quality was far from it. The material felt cheap and not durable at all. What frustrated me more was the lack of proper customer support. I tried contacting them multiple times, but either got delayed replies or no clear solution. It really felt like they don’t care once the order is delivered. Not something I would recommend.
