The attitude of the staff member was…


The attitude of the staff member was extremely poor. It seems like your bank doesn’t care about its reputation, as he felt free to speak to customers with such a bad attitude. He interrupted me several times, showing impatience even before I finished explaining my concerns. This was, by far, the worst attitude I’ve encountered. The staff member’s name is Ahmed Razzak.

Can someone help me to open my dib…

Can someone help me to open my dib apps?? I went in the bank they told me to call the customer service but when i called them useless they don’t even help me!!! It’s just a simple ask for a help to open my dib apps so i can check my transaction but they need to transfer me in other staff why like that??? How many staff in call center that i have to talk to help me to open my dib apps???

Must be one of the worst banks in UAE

Must be one of the worst banks in UAE. Non existent customer service and impossible to speak to anyone. Even when you manage to get someone's number, they won't even call you back and just keep cancelling the call.... Absolutely awful and a shame to offer such a service like this

worst bank in UAE, Advised not to use it. Always Bank deduct money from accounts with out any transactions.

Call centre staff are useless. No manners at all

If I could give no stars I would. Dreadful bank. I was promised a bank transfer two months ago and I’m still waiting. No updates from customer services. I’m not sure how this bank got its licence to operate.

This is the worst bank I have ever…

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Customer support is non-existent, and the mobile banking chat doesn't work. Transferring money takes an unreasonably long time, while other banks handle local transfers quickly. This bank, however, takes over two days. Their system is completely unreliable. Unnecessary amounts get debited, credited back, and then debited again. Their statements are delayed, and when you request one, the dates and months are often inaccurate. Avoid this bank at all costs—they don't care about their customers. No offers, no proper support. I will be closing my account in a month and switching to another bank.

Horrible Bank for Home Finance

This bank is horrible. I have dealt with the home finance team for months now and never have i received such bad customer service in more than 3 decades of living. They take extremely long to do anything. Getting pre approval for home loan takes a month and after that stupid delays and complications. The home finance guy is rude and has no care for the customer. i regret dealing with this bank. Many may say their case will be different but watch out as i also ignored reviews. I wish i listened. STAY AWAY FROM DIB. They clearly do not care about individual customers. Probably making big money from corporations or high earn individuals. they are so many great banks in the UAE.

Refund is in my Block funds for more than 15 days now

I am expecting a refund of 5k from an online transaction. One customer service representative mentioned it would be in my account by August 28th. I followed up and was told by another agent that the 15-day processing period would conclude on September 4th, and the funds should be released by then. However, the money is still on hold in my account. Additionally, reaching their customer service hotline is incredibly difficult, almost as if they are discouraging contact with their representatives. It's quite frustrating.

i Am really appreciated with you services , The Bank Save me from one of the fraud transection , it is a very huge amount , 5500 , DIB have the system that unknow transaction verified by the system and automatically blocked that is the very best system never seen any one the banks in UAE , Thank you very much DIB

I lost around 80aed from my account

I lost around 80aed from my account. No recent transactions or any history from the app. I had a hard time contacting customer service to reach someone there. Will really test your patience. I decided to just close my account due to this issue. And after reaching the agent, he told me that I can only close my account by visiting the bank. This kind of customer service is worst service I experience from all the banks I deal with.

I tried to call your agent but he was like sleepy and doesn't have energy to talk. I ask him about my card that get block but he said to me call me from the mobile that you were register. I told him that sim doesn't have balance . And he told me you have to make balance and call us and not even saying thank you for calling, just dire try dropped the call without manners How RUDE is that. He should go study how to get manners.

1 staff only in teller service

I had issue with my atm card wasn't able to withdraw cash so I went in dib alwahda mall branch to take some cash from teller service. And took 1 hour to get the cash. I got my Q-ticket wich was 2031, 2027 was being served with in hour 3 customer served only by only one staff available out of 4 counters. And big bad thing person with local dress 2 time got served without any number or ticket. It was very unprofessional. Staff name daifalah was giving wrong information at counter and just treating customers very rudely.

One of the worst banks I’ve dealt with…

One of the worst banks I’ve dealt with in my life. It’s a big time fraud what they do every time. They do random deductions with no questions. We have to raise complaint everytime with no response. There’s no compensation for losses made. If I’ve any payment commitments I’m stuck because of their fake deductions. Sometimes they block funds stating there’s technical issue. It’s sad to see such a bank exists in UAE. It must be banned and shut immediately

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever . I swear it doesn't even deserve 1 star . It was okay before but now they are just finding ways to deduct money . Today out of no where my card is not working i cannot pay online i don't know why and the worst part is you cannot reach to customer service . Virtual assistance is a joke . Press here press there another way to ignore customers .

I have a bad experience of online…

I have a bad experience of online credit card scam . Some one has done shooing from NOON minutes AED 5001 at night and next day morning DIB representative call me that unauthorized transaction is happened. He advise to block cards.
When I have put complaint next day I got answer that transaction was with OTP .
While I didn’t get otp and even bank inform me about that.
