My second fiction novel was so fun, I found a writer who really brought my outline to life. She included all my ideas and added some great flavour of her own. I am excited I can work with the same writer for the rest of my series.

Dibbly Create – Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Incomplete Refund
I had an awful experience with The Urban Writer’s Dibbly Create (Dibbly Inc.) and would not recommend them to anyone looking for a professional writing service.
I made an order for a 30,000 word book on Burnout to be written on Dec 27 2024
Dibbly Create was formally called the Urban Writers.
Issues with Dibbly Create:
• Failure to deliver a completed book – The first draft was never finished by the agreed-upon deadline of Jan 16th, 2025
• Unprofessional business practices – The assigned writer “Ana Taylor” who apparently lives in Australia, abandoned the project without notice and ignored communication.
• Fake business details – The company lists fake addresses online, and their phone number is just a voice recording with no real customer support.
• Delayed and inconsistent customer service – Support emails either went unanswered or took an unreasonable amount of time to receive a response.
• Strange and unnecessary paperwork – I was required to fill out confusing and irrelevant forms.
Dibbly Create is untrustworthy and unprofessional. If you need a book written, look elsewhere. I have filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery, and other consumer protection platforms to warn others about their deceptive practices.
Their physical office does not exist. They rent a virtual space at 60 Atlantic Ave in Toronto, with no one actually present.
Their phone number only goes to voice mail and you will never get a live person.
Their only contact is through email. I wish I had known they were so fraudulent before I signed up with them. But now you know.
Marco and his wife Natasha are running a very shady business.
I’ll update when my credit chargeback case gets resolved.

Waste of money and time
I paid for the pro subscription.
The tool is not intuitive, and the tutorials are not helpful. I was able never able to to format an ebook, insert images or publish.
Use any of the free tools and paste it into word or pdf.
