Superfast, nice carpet, unfortunately doesn't fit

SCAM
Don’t purchase from this company unless you want to battle over the refund for months. It’s been 2 months since I’ve attempted to return this carpet and still no refund.

Like many others, I purchased a carpet (no certificate arrived) that was not as described (glue on reverse side) and was ignored/delayed for weeks when I asked for a return label. After one month, and some threats of legal action, I was finally able to get a return label. I returned the carpet and they wrote me an email saying I’d be refunded in the upcoming week. There’s been no refund after one and a half weeks. Now they’re not even answering my emails. I had to file a complaint with the German authorities. Stay away from this seller.
Update: they have the time to challenge my review on Trustpilot, but are still not answering my emails…

fast, the customer services works better then the last review red. The carpet is well shipped, colours are bright and perfect for my sofa! Even if I was a bit afraid about the shipping everything run well!

Avoid this business- At all cost- This is a scam

Hi,
I live in UK, I purchased a Persian rug from Dicarpet(Hamburg branch) which I received on 6th July. I wanted to return the rug because the colours and quality was not same as described on their website. They are not accepting the return and using negative tactics to avoid return. The customer service person attending the phone was very rude and now stopped attending phones. They are not replying to my emails. In fact I have sent them several emails on a daily basis but they did not respond. It was clear they don’t want to return.
This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. I have now filed a formal complaint with German consumer protection authorities, and I am considering legal actions.
Please avoid this business at all cost, this is my sincere advice to everyone.
