An excellent company with reliable shipping
Every order I've made from DiceRoll UK has arrived quickly; there was a bit of a delay on one order, but that was because of postal strikes (so nothing to do with them).
The merchandise itself is good-looking and performs well; the dice roll nicely, and the rolling tray fits into a folder with my character sheet, which is very convenient.
It's a great alternative to Amazon, which I try to avoid whenever possible, and it's good to support a British company instead of a giant international conglomerate. I couldn't comment on the customer service, as I've never had to contact it.

The owner went above and beyond! I was looking through the website for some dice to purchase for a friend. I had seen some that I thought would be perfect, but they were out of stock. I messaged him about them, and with great luck, he told me he had just received some in a shipment. He made it a priority to check and got them delivered to my friend the the utmost care. I cannot recommend this shop enough. The prices are great, but supporting a store with such a dedication to their customer service will have me coming back here. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
