Dicovercars 

Hi, I would think twice, before choosing this company, as they don’t have a costumer service on the day you need one. Taking money offering 10% as a goodwill. Will not trust again, never dealt with so poor costumer service.

We rented a car via Discovercars at Italycar rent Olbia, at arrival they told us that they didn't had the car that we had booked 8 month in advance or an alternative.
One call to Discovercars and within 20 minutes they found a car for us, a higher level and even cheaper.
Top service.

I didn't give 5 stars because I didn't actually end up renting a car. I had booked a car for Spain but travel plans changed. Customer Service Associate, Khalil, was responsive in arranging a full refund on the booking.

Every year when we go on holiday I spend months trying to find a good deal, searching different sites almost every day. This time the choice fell on a «Premium car» Mercedes E Class or similar.

The car was to be owned by a large well-known company, ACE, and I felt confident in the choice of car, supplier and the fact that I have used Dicovercars.com before. When we were in Gran Canaria to pick up the car, we were met by a guy from a car rental called «Omega», with a Citröen C5. But It is a much smaller car, the value when you buy C5 it almost 60-70% of an E class or similar.

We rent often and have always chosen classes such as C Class, 3 Series or A4. Hertz or Avis have been suppliers and we have always received that type of car.

The worst thing is that ACE thinks we have received an upgrade. They believe that we should have had a BMW X1. A ridiculously small car compared to an E Class or similar.

We have received a bonus of €30 for a future car rental, but it is not acceptable. First of all because we paid over €100 more than usual, for a SMALLER car than the ones we have rented before, and the fact that we will never use Dicovercars again!

I do not recommend anyone to use Dicovercars!

Small update: I complained to my bank and got a refund from them! It took less than 24 hours. So thanks to BankNorwegian.

Scam they charged me £113 insurance I didn’t need the car hire company said there nothing to do with them Gobycar Fuetaventura next to Airport and told me take it up with them don’t buy or use the company or the car hire firm Gobycar because they are acting as partners in the scam disgusting spoiled our Holiday Be warned don’t use

I ordered a car to Austria through them. I got what I ordered. Everything was excellent and excellent service highly recommend

Sounds like a scam, they don't have a support despite what the website says. If you have an issue they do not answer.
They say that you can cancel but the refund will be a credit to use on their website which you want to avoid anyway.
They are based in Lituania so tells everything
