Extremely Frustrating Customer Service Experience… this is giving me anxiety!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Fashion Nova for quite some time, and I’m incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication. I’ve tried every possible channel—social media, TikTok, and countless internet searches—just to get in touch regarding my order, but I’ve received no response.

It’s incredibly stressful and frustrating to be left without support when you need it the most. As a loyal customer, I expect better service. I hope that this review prompts Fashion Nova to finally reach out and resolve the issue.

Scammers, never received my package or my refund. How's is possible that this page still runs? Playing with people's money and time.

I ordered from February now its March. I've been scammed. Luckily it was just $50 . People please don't order under the Facebook fashion nova dictair page.

They are scammers, thieves, I thought I was ordering from Fashion Nova and boom my email said dictair, I quickly went online to read reviews about this fraudulent company because I never heard of them but, it was too late.
I ordered since Jan 10 and till now I haven't received anything.

They scammed me on Black Friday ! I thought I was ordering on fashion nova and didn’t realize I wasn’t until it was too late and they also hacked my email account too! I couldn’t access my email account for the first time in 20 years! Thank God yahoo was able to retrieve my account! My bank issued refund!

SCAMMERS!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! Never received my order. They supposedly attempted to delivery to me to me twice They claim I can't check with a local carrier because they ship directly. As soon as.they said that I knew they are SCAMMERS!!!!

I never received my order though it showed being delivered at my address. Contacted them and they advised they would resend the order. Again, no order received though showing delivered. They are a sham business, in my opinion.

This company is a scam.Please do not border nothing from them. They pretended to be from fashion. Over, I have been trying to get my refund for the last 90 days and I keep getting the same email over and over and over. Oh, we understand we're monitoring your refund. It takes 15 to 25 days, and when I threaten to sue them. It's another I got a partial Refund of seven dollars, and then, like another ten dollars, and I spent over forty dollars with them.

Absolute scam! Please do not spend your money there. I have been back and forth with them via email since December 8th trying to ether get my goods or a reimbursement since the goods they claim were sent, never arrived. It is currently January 19th. They sent a "live tracking" link which is also fraudulent. It appears to be working until your goods never arrive. First they appeared with Fashion Nova products now the entire site has been revamped to look like Boho chic. The entire scam organization needs to be shut down and those responsible should be charged with theft.

I have purchased over 125$ worth of merchandise around Black Friday and I havent received anything they said it’s been delivered they are lien I’ve been home all day this is a scam smh I’m beyond pissed !!!

THIS IS A HUGE SCAM!!!!!
Firstly they claim they are Fashion Nova but that is a lie. Upon placing my order I got an email from Dictair not FN.
It took approximately 5 weeks for my order to be delivered. When I enquired about it according to the tracking number it stated my Package was delivered. I HAVE YET TO SEE OR RECEIVE ANY PACKAGE!!!!!
Upon emailing customer care they told me to check with neighbors or check my local post office all of which proved futile. I checked all possible international cpuriers in my country and Noone could help me .
Dictair offered to resend the package but I didn't accept because wouldn't it get lost again???? They claimed they spoke to the couroers and the courier's wouldn't give a refund. I proceeded to ask for the courier company information n through all the emails received have not gotten a name. Which I do believe is because they are scammers.
They offered a 60% refund which I accepted and now I'm waiting to see if it will follow through. I have little faith in that .
Please be careful and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM DICTAIR!!!!!!

This Company is a fraud, they claimed they are Fashion Nova, but when you received their email it from Dictair. The first thing I noticed was that my address was incorrect, I immediately emailed them and they said that they received the email and will update address. Order was placed on 09/29/2024. November 4th I get a emailed that morning saying that my order was delivered at 3:17Pm . I sent a email saying that I did not received any packages. They was like we are sorry and offered to resend the order and that it should only take 7 to 15 business days. Never updated the address. On November 19th I get the same email that it was delivered.We are very sorry to hear that you have not received your package yet. We understand your eagerness to receive your package. Please accept our sincere apologies for the unpleasant shopping experience we have brought to you. Please rest assured that we will actively solve your problems as always.
You can check the status of your package through the following information. Then on November 20 I received this email: Thank you for contacting us.
We feel very sorry that you failed to receive the package successfully again, but please allow me to explain why the package was not successfully delivered.
Since this is the second time you have failed to receive the package, I think the courier has some problems with the delivery service in your area. We have already filed a claim with them. I did not even respond back, but I am going to report their A$$ to Consumer affairs and the Better Business Bureau. They got the right one, I'm petty like that. It's the prinicipal for me and how many people they have scammed.

I ordered through Fashion Nova and when I received confirmation to my email it said my order was through dictair. I thought that was weird. Than weeks went by and was wondering what was going on with my order. Tracking stated it was on it's way. Then finally it stated it was delivered. I NEVER RECEIVED MY PURCHASE!. I emailed them because this is the only communication that is given. So then they stated they will send me a second order. I waited and checked my Tracking. My Tracking was available 1 day and then it disappeared when I went back to check a couple of days later. I emailed dictair again and they provided a different website of the Tracking and shows my 2nd purchase was delivered again! I DIDN'T RECEIVE 2ND PURCHASE EITHER! I was livid up to this point. Emailed them again and of course they gave me apologies and blah blah blah. They had the nerve to tell me they would only reimburse me 70%...WTF!! So I laid it on them. They responded they will reimburse me the 100% now. I'm sure I will not receive my money back. I didn't see a problem ordering with Fashion Nova at first because I had recently ordered a dress through them a few months ago for a wedding and i received dress within a week. No problem! So I figured I would order again through them when I saw the sales for jeans and now I was screwed. Not taking a chance in ordering with Fashion Nova again. When ordering it does not state anything when checking out your order that this is going through a different company called dictair. Don't chance it everyone! There a scam! Keep your money safe in your bank account!

I ordered a few items from a company called Dictair who claimed to be selling discounted clothing on behalf of Fashion Nova. I followed closely and waited as they asked for 32 days. Guess what, when I wrote to them that I wanted my money back as the order was severely delayed, all emails from them including the order confirmation disappeared from my email inbox. This company is a total fraud. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM DICTAIR. DICTAIR is an unscrupulous company even providing bogus tracking to trick unsuspecting customers

This is a Scam unfortunately I caught on to it late. You place your order they provide a order and tracking number it says it getting there and never get your money or the order. This needs to be reported to the BBB they are ripping customer off and I have report it to Tik Tok where I became familiar with the sight.

I made a purchase in September from Fashionnova using dictair. I was home whe the site said it was delivered, I never received my package. Customer service said it was lost and a new order was sent. Its the end of November my second order has not arrived. Dictair is a scam buyer beware. Do not buy from them definitely a red flag
