Our reg checker uses the DVLA database (amongst others) to verify vehicles. The results are out of out control and if your vehicle is not showing correctly we suggest you contact the DVLA.

The person that I was speaking to kept seeming to disappear and I did not know if they were still on the line or in a conversation with someone else.
You can't be expected to have all the information for your previous vehicles to hand and that the agent did not give you their full attention was a bit unprofessional. I also had to clarify next steps as they didn't tell me what would happen next or how long this would take.
