Idk if ill do busy with cause yall dont know how to send packages right wtf am suppose to do with parts that where suppose to shipped at same time . But some how they are a week or more apart from receiving items so now I gott wait and push things off longer cause they rather be cheap and seriously made me wait a week cause they wanted to use ground then getting that ship here on time.

Bought a turbo from them about 3 years ago also got the extended 3 year warranty. Bought the best one supposedly from them for what I had. A few days ago it went out, not even 3 years! Called them to make a claim. They said I had to contact "extend" for claims. Went online submitted a claim and got a virtual card that didn't even cover the turbo itself. Called power diesel was on hold for a min. While waiting I was chatting with Todd, he had issues understanding my problem. Finally spoke to Natasha she put the order and charged me 3 hundred and something, I thought it was going to b for the warranty. I see my email and there was no warranty. The extra I paid was for the turbo itself. Got in contact again with them back and forth on the phone and chat. They're saying the price went up so I have to pay the difference. When you buy a warranty the item should b covered completely even if the price went up. When u purchase something with warranty they cover the price of the whole item. Spoke to the manager and still no solution. My advice to you do your research good because they talk you sweet to sell but once it's warranty time they show the true colors. Not worth the headache and money they charge. Look at their ratings that should tell you a lot. They don't care about the costumer, they only care about the sale.

I had spoke with Todd on their online chat.He recommended the rims for my truck. They did not fit. I had ordered over 5000$ of other parts for my truck from them. They all were teriffic. My rims didn't fit though. When it came to doing my truck, it took some time. The rims stayed in the box until I sized them up. I trusted the company to not make such a mistake. It was over 30 days, yes I know. My fault for not checking right away. The rims were the last to be done. But they were brand new when I had realized their mistake. They would not agree to swap the rims for the correct size. They forced me to keep the wrong rims without any refund or swapping of the correct size. I just don't understand this decision from a business stand point. They lost my business forever and I am committed to letting everyone I know to do business elsewhere!

Criminals denied returning product

Made a purchase, waiting for it to ship and a couple days later received an email saying if i want that item that i would have to pay another 119.57$ if i want that order. That they had a glitch in thier system and they need more money. Loll cancel my order i will not be back crooks.
What a greedy business, go anywhere else.
