Mae is amazing and is quick to respond and answer my questions. Even when I don’t reply to her messages she reminds me. They make this process very easy.

Unorganized company. No communication. Charged me twice and then order never was delivered. After multiple time of my reaching out to determine status of my order, I finally reached someone 2 weeks later, they said it can’t be delivered to California so it’s canceled. Overall terrible experience. I still am waiting for my two (very expensive) refunds…

The folks at Diet Doc were very knowledgeable and worked with me through my entire experience. They were able to answer all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get fit.

I had been going to DietDoc and Mae for several years. She’s worked with me on many thing most importantly helping me find the solution to losing 80 lbs!!! She always responded when I needed her and was on top of everything. I couldn’t be happier.

I was told I would receive my order in 5-7 days, but I have yet to receive a tracking number nor my order in 10 days. I am completely disappointed

Diet Doc is a company that I have been ordering off and on throughout the years My favorite person that I placed my order with Mae. she always made me feel like my order is a priority. In addition she goes the extra mile to provide excellently customer service. I am never dissatisfied when she gets involved thanks again Mae for making my order a smooth transition I appreciated the doctor as well for providing new information that may help me in this weight loss journey.

The care managers and doctors are knowledgeable, understanding and provide exceptional customer service! They listen and they deliver - that's what they have done for me!

Mae is great! She checks in often, and is very friendly. Ask for her.

I am excited to begin my weight loss journey. My appointment with Dr. Hall was on time, my medication came when expected. I have just started using it and have not had any side affects. I have only lost a few pounds but expect the weight loss to continue.

I placed my order march 23, i received a shipment with no product i paid for
I was told it would be to me the filling Tuesday…. I’m apparently receiving today April 12…. Been getting the run around since the 28th, horrible experience thus far

Quick + Thorough! The doctor was personable, asked lots of questions and adjusted the plan based on my answers. The medication came in the mail and has been effective! I've already started losing weight!

I have started the Tirzepatide and am very pleased with my weight loss so far. I have lost 16lbs in 1 month. I am diabetic and I am off of one of my oral medications and no longer need insulin. My physician recommended Dietdoc and their program. She was please when I returned and my A1C was 6.1 low as it had ever been. I highly recommend the entire team at Dietdoc, I am grateful!
