Don't buy here!
It took them 6 weeks to send out my order.
No order tracking (they have something they call order tracking but which does not provide any useful information), no communication from their side.
No reponse to emails to either their website form or their only published info@ email address. No phone.
Support chat only manned by chatbot even during stated work hours. Chatbot asks to send an email or to contact during work hours. When asked how to what phone number, chatbot says, they have no phone to attend to clients. And indeed there is no phone number anywhere on their website, legal advise included.

They did not read/accept/reply to my order cancellation either in spite of several emails sent. No auto reply of any kind either. (the only email they sent me was an empty reply to one of my emails days later quoting only the text I had written them, no response from them. Not a return-to-sender type email either.

This is not a single incident issue, this is terrible customer service by design.

It took them 2 weeks to ship my order and when it arrived, they only included half of the items I’ve ordered. I’m still waiting for them to fix it after 3 weeks of pinging them. Avoid them at all costs.
