Nearly out of date products! Do NOT recommend!
Long delivery despite quoting on their site “p.s. our shipping is quite fast.” I beg to differ! They use Royal Mail and yet orders placed with different retailer same day as theirs arrived way quicker. Perhaps a courtesy email or a banner on your website to inform customers of delayed shipment might be a good idea to prevent disappointment. To add insult upon injury, noticed after disposing of packaging that products purchased ALL had 3wks shelf life left! Transparency would go a long way…whether products are on sale or not, this is appalling & unacceptable. First time customer but would NEVER shop there again. I wish Waitrose still stocked the RW Garcia Tortilla Chips as not only were they cheaper than the sale price at Dietly, they don’t sell you nearly out of date stuff!

Just for clarification, we don't sell products that have less than 3 months of shelf life. If you can send a picture of the item, we'd like to refund or send alternative.
When it comes to delivery, we are again sorry with what you have faced. We work with Royal Mail and they made a delay with deliveries due to Jubilee Celebration last week. We are informed late to share with customers.

Products were reasonably priced and the delivery was speedy. I only gave 4 stars as I had to be refunded for part of my order (as I presume it was out of stock) and was slightly disappointed by this.

This was the first time ordering…
This was the first time ordering through Dietly, as I was looking for a particular bar of chocolate. Whilst the packaging seemed a bit over-the-top for 4 bars of chocolate, the delivery was excellent and on time.
They also included a welcome gift, which was a lovely surprise and very tasty!

Excellent products for very good prices. I have Hashimoto disease, so can’t consume grain, dairy, sugar and soya, so it’s a pain to find products other than meat fish and vegs that I can eat. Thai site is a find. And the service is top notch, dispatch super fast. I keep on coming back to this site again and again.
