Unacceptable behaviour
I have a release on this distributor platform. Linked to wrong profiles almost everywhere, and asked for months for this to be updated and to have access to my stats. They have never answered any of my emails and phone call for months. I have decided to employ legal resources because this is unacceptable.

Thanks for your review. First of all, we've been in direct contact with the label trndmsk (our contractual partner) on this issue, so please refer to them as they are responsible for your release. Unfortunately since you are having different artist names across different platforms (one is named Halia and one Halia (UK)), it's not possible to have your release properly linked to the correct profiles on each platform.
